(1) The location is not congested during weekends (2) Feeling comfortable staying in the apartment for people who value their privacy and quietness (3) Designated area with one-way entrance and exit, office/tower buildings, and apartments assigned with several security guards, making it much safer to move around (4) Collection of key and access card, at first I was lost figuring how to get the key without meeting the host, there is one security guard with serious face not entertaining my question, luckily there is 2 more persons showed up try to help out, taking me inside to find the locker to get the key, making the process smooth and satisfied to my end (5) Appreciate the host so advanced sending separate video direction place to collect key and access card, and direction guide whereto park my car, very good ideas without taking leave or time sheet out meeting your booking guest

(1) Though the location is not congested, there is not enough parking space; all parking lots around the shop area are fully reserved/booked with car numbers registered (2) Not many choices of food for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, especially in rainy weather, I don't feel like going to the shop to eat, knowing it's not up to my appetite (luckily, I bring along maggie cup for dinner in case of emergency) (3) Nothing to shop around this area, mostly office businesses (4) Daytime neighbor's apartment got renovation, the sounds are annoying, the walls are not thick enough as you can hear the neighbor taking a shower, hearing the washing machine running, I wonder if chit chat people can hear or not ...haha... (5) As the apartment is fully locked for the entire day, no fresh air from outside. After a few hours outside, re-entering the apartment, giving it a bit of smell or odour, then of course, for a while only after switching on the air conditioning
