- sehr ruhig obwohl mitten im Leben / tolle Lage - Check-in und Check-out ganz unkompliziert und flexibel - super ausgestattet (und Regenschirme, Müllsäcke, usw) - sehr geräumig und Räume durch gut isolierte Türen getrennt voneinander - extrem sauber - entspricht exakt den Fotos - viel Stauraum für Klamotten etc (nie so gut gehabt) - gute Kommunikation - 7. Stock mit Fahrstuhl (nur ein paar Treppenstufen zu Fuß nötig) - Sofa auf Terrasse sehr gemütlich/ ab nachmittags sonnig
- Matratze ein bisschen weich/ Lattenrost könnte erneuert werden - Spitzschutz in Dusche und Duschstange könnte für größere Leute ein wenig höher sein (aber das ist wirklich nur eine Kleinigkeit und spielte keine große Rolle)
