4-Bed Luxury Villa - Pattaya - sleeps 8

We stayed here for a two-week workcation, and it was close to perfection! The layout is fantastic, split into two independent areas. The main house features a huge living room with a massive TV, a very convenient dedicated work/office area (which I used extensively), two ensuite bedrooms, an extra guest bathroom near the entrance, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of space, the coffee machine was a definite highlight. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout the entire stay, making remote work seamless. From the pool area is the separate pool house, which includes another living room, two more bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a second kitchen with a very handy fridge for keeping cold drinks pool-side. The outdoor pool area was the true highlight of our stay. Surrounded by lush trees and greenery, it stays shaded from direct sunlight for most of the day, making it comfortable to relax and even work outside for hours. The location is ideal as well, set in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, yet just a short walk to Tops supermarket and great local restaurants. Getting around was effortless, with quick and easy Grab rides to both Central Pattaya and Jomtien Beach. The service was top-notch throughout. Common areas are cleaned daily, with bedrooms serviced and fresh linens/towels replaced every 2–3 days (plus plenty of dedicated pool and bath towels provided). The staff is always nearby and attentive if you need anything, and both check-in and check-out were completely seamless. Tastefully decorated, fully equipped, and ideal for both relaxing and remote working. We will definitely be back!

Nothing really to complaint.

The villa looks just like the photos, very comfortable and quiet.I enjoyed the pool aswell. Nue and Greg are great host,I highly recommend to all.The Lunch Box has delicious food and fresh juice .The main road is only a 7 to 8 minute walk .7Eleven and plenty of restaurants,spa,salon bars etc .If you don't feel like walking take a Bolt. Central Pattaya is about 15 minute ride but depends on time of day (traffic)I almost forgot the kitchen will have everything you need well equipped.
