חשוב לציין שלא הייתי בזמן מסיבת הפול מון אז יכול להיות שהתשובה הייתה שונה, אבל כל עוד אין פול מון, זה מיקום מצוין מבחינת קרבה למרכז האד רין, כולל 50 מטר מהים קרוב לכל המסעדות וכו' זה באמת מצוין. הבעיה היא שיש בר ממש מול הדירה (דירה 2) ומנגנים מוזיקה לא רועשת מדי אבל בינוניתעד 3 בלילה בערך. למזלי יש לי רמקול נייד ושמתי רעש לבן על הכי חזק וזה סינן לי את הרעש, אבל צריך לקחת את זה בחשבון כשלוקחים את החדר. בנוסף המזגן עובד מצוין והחדר סך הכול מעוצב טוב. המאחרת לא מקומית, כנראה אירופית, והיא הייתה באמת זמינה בוואטסאפ ונחמדה כך שברמה האישית אין תלונות אליה, אפילו מילה טובה. סך הכול שווה את המחיר, לא בטוח שהייתי חוזר שוב, אבל חדר סבבה עם פוטנציאל גבוה מאוד ולכן מגיע לו ציון לא רע.
הבעיה היא שיש בר ממש מול הדירה (דירה 2) ומנגנים מוזיקה לא רועשת מדי אבל ביונית עד 3 בלילה בערך. למזלי יש לי רמקול נייד ושמתי רעש לבן של מאוורר על הכי חזק וזה סינן לי את הרעש ויכולתי לישון, אבל צריך לקחת את זה בחשבון כשלוקחים את החדר. בנוסף, אין קומקום - שזה מוזר וזה הפריע לי, כי זה עולה באמת כמה מאות באטים בודדים לכל היותר, וממש רמזתי למארחת להשיג אחד, אבל היא אמרה שאין. פעם ראשונה שאני מגיע לחדר כל שהו *בעולם* ואין קומקום, אז הייתי כל הזמן צריך לקנות קפה בחוץ. תשימי 200-300 באט ותקני קומקום, זה לא שווה הערה בבוקינג על זה... חבל, מקווה שתיישם את ההערה שלי בנושא, כי זה ממש בקטע טוב. בנוסף היה קצת לכלוך וכתם על הרצפה בכניסה, אבל אמרה שלא ניתן להוריד את זה שכן זה נעשה כתוצאה מהשיפוץ או משהו כזה, נניח. המאחרת שלחה בכל זאת מנקה, מעריך את זה, אך כשהגיעה המנקה, היא לא אמרה שלום ולא חייכה - ניסתה לנקות ופשוט הלכה, גם יחסית חריג ומוזר מאוד, הערתי על זה למארחת. אין הצעה לניקוי כללי של החדר או הצעה להחלפת מגבות, אך מצד שני גם לא ביקשתי. אולי פשוט צריך לבקש.
