Most of all we loved the huge windows and the view, the cleanliness (inside and outside the room), the gated entry, the AC worked great, the communication was perfect and the location of the place is really good, close to all essentials and ferry.
During the days we were there the weather was a bit chilly and so we weren't able to take full advantage of the beach to swim and also there were quite a few boats nearby or passing through the area so the beach isn't the best for swimming, but there's easy access to Isla Mujeres.

Bardzo sympatyczne miejsce. Czuliśmy się zaopiekowani, czekało na nas piwo i kawa. Teren jest zadbany, duży i przy plaży. Kąpać się jednak lepiej trochę dalej przy plaży hotelowej, bo ta przy apartamencie znajduje się za blisko przystani promowej. Do obiektu najlepiej dostać się samochodem, inne opcje mogą być kłopotliwe. Doskonałe miejsce na krótki odpoczynek.
Niestety łóżko,choć duże, nie było zbyt wygodne. Odwracanie na materacu powodowało podskakiwanie drugiej osoby. Na ugotowanie czegoś raczej nie bardzo można liczyć, bo kuchnia jest bardzo skromna, jeden palnik, malutki zlew. I pobliski hotel bardzo hałasuje (muzyka, imprezy) do późnych godzin. To nam najbardziej przeszkadzało.

So near to the ocean
Bed was very hard and had a noisy plastic cover. Lighting was overly bright fluorescent or LED. Room was sparce, with no charm or character. Furniture was uncomfortable. TV did not work. Once off the property, there was no where to go except to a gas station. One definitely needs a car to stay here.
