Fica muito próximo da praia. Tem um mini mercado ao lado mas se for necessário um Carrefour a 10 minutos a pé. Cozinha tem tudo o que e necessário, prédio tem os porteiros super educados, o chuveiro tem uma queda d'água muito boa e as camas confortáveis. Mesmo que seja bem próximo a avenida, é bem silencioso a noite.
Não me incomodou porquê levo os de casa. Mas se puderem levem roupas de cama fronha, lençol. Até tem, mas não para o seu uso.
