Apartament bardzo duży i wygodny, ma świetny taras z kapitalnym widokiem na morze. Do plaży około 100m. W pobliżu basen, boiska i korty tenisowe. Okolica bardzo ładna, widok jeszcze ładniejszy. W pobliżu sporo restauracji. To bardzo przyjemna część Torox, dużo przyjemniej niż w centrum.

La ubicación es fantástica y la urbanización también está bastante bien. La terraza del apartamento tiene muy buenas vistas. El apartamento, además de aire acondicionado, dispone de ventiladores de techo.
El apartamento necesita una actualización-renovación: el baño y la cocina están un poco viejos, y no dan la mejor sensación.

Las vistas tanto al mar como a las zonas ajardinadas y la piscina de 50 metros La cercanía a la piscina y al supermercado del residencial
Ventiladores llenos de polvo. Inodoros no tragan el agua con suficiente fuerza. Faltaba el mando del fire TV para poder ver algunas aplicaciones de internet en ella. Las almohadas eran muy altas y duras
