The house is rented by agency that is taking care of everything. Manuel is contacting you to agree on details of your stay and is very helpful. We've checked in few hours earlier, so we got few more hours on the beach :) The house itself is located on the road connecting south of the island to north, so beaches of La Maddalena are so close. But it is surrounded by wild nature. It is older (also smells like it), but is still in very good shape. Secure parking behind iron gate, secured by cam. The space is huge, maybe too much for 3 people. In the house and also around. E.g. I found washing machine after 3 days in the basement under terrace :) Beds are comfortable, internet and AC working well. We used bathtub in the main bathroom, shower looks too small. Also external kitchen and grill not used, too hot for this activity.

Be aware, as the house is in the middle of nature, there is lot of insect and small animals around. The morning alarm clock is provided by the rooster next doors. We were struggling to get enough hot water for shower. If you want to cook the food, it is ideal for you. We had to travel every eveninig to marina fpor restaurants and park the car there (not easy to find parking place as it is free of charge). But we knew this before.
