The kitchen, master bath, and pool are all beautiful

The cleanliness, while not terrible, was not what I’d expect from a rental house - the tub in the master bath still had sand or dirt in it, some of the in ground lights outside were knocked over, a few of the floor tiles inside were broken. While none of that is significant, it still fell a bit short for me in terms of quality. The lock on the front door is nifty (and I assume necessary) but it should be explained more clearly that the doorknob itself does not lock or unlock the same way the deadbolt does.
