Miserable the day of son’s wedding no electricity to get ready!

It was in a nice location with beautiful scenery

Well we stayed there , my son was getting married that Friday we were there , and low and behold they decided to cut of the electric in our room because they were working on it , I had to pack everything for the wedding that day and my suitcases and bring them to my daughters place she was staying at and inconvenience them because I the mother of the groom couldn’t get ready and n the place I paid to stay to get ready , it was terrible I felt like I had to rush that whole morning . No heads up , no phone call or knock on the door to let us know , it was a surprise, and on the most important day of my sons life .

Not worth $400 for 2 nights

Great location and the front desk person was very friendly. The water pressure and hot water in shower was great. There were plenty of towels.

The price was different at checkout than what was quoted to me on booking.com ($200 more). The bath toilet was not bulted to the floor so the toilet was wobbly, the shower was very small and the bathroom sink had stain around drain (not appealing when your brushing your teeth) the curtains were for decoration only and even though there was blinds in the window the street light outside shined in through cracks and made it hard to fall asleep. The pillows were very flat and needed to be replaced. There was no headboard on the bed so you leaned against the wall when sitting up to watch tv. There was no ventilation in the bathroom and the window was sealed shut. No blow dryer or microwave in room.

The room was very clean, and the outdoor area was very well maintained.

I would just suggest a real coffee maker. I always bring my own coffee.

Location is great. view is pretty. close to really good food. close to cades cove.

The facilities were beautiful and great location for us! The pillows leaved alot to be desired. One was way to hard, the other one too flat but we'll bring our own pillows next time.

The quietness, the view , the sense of cleanliness was great.

There was a smell like humid/old like sometimes when there is water damage and it’s covered with out changing out furniture/ mattresses , as they absorb all that smell, it was bad the 1st day but we stuck with it

Clean and peaceful retreat near the bustling activities in the Smokies.

The pool was saltwater and so clean. Really liked that the motel was dog friendly. The property was well maintained and had beautiful flowers and foliage. Also very very close to a lovely place to eat called The Master Burger!

I was a little inconvenienced when I chose to come a day early and I was able to get a room, but I had to check out of it and wait for a different room to check in again closer to 4. We don’t plan it out well so that’s on us, but we hoped if we came a day earlier we would have a place where we could keep our pup so we could tube down the river when the rest of our group arrived. But, by the time we were able to check back into a new room, it was too late in the afternoon to start a tubing adventure.

It was a quiet stay, the room was clean , the bed was comfortable.

The room has no refrigerator or microwave but that didn’t bother us. There isn’t much room in the bathroom for stuff but we made do with what was in there!
