Location - and owner very friendly and helpful. Front garden superb. Outside shower useful. Reserved parking bay very useful.
Main issue was smell of petrol apparently coming from the garage beneath the studio.
Could be better maintained - On arrival we found that the front door wouldn't lock. To be fair, contacted agent (Cornish Hideaways) and owner attended within the hour - replaced the next day, but it was hassle we could have done without. Also the sliding door onto the balcony was very difficult to open.
Could have been a bit cleaner - some mould in the bathroom, oven and oven trays not brilliant
