The hospitality of the staff, the confort of the room and beds.
Also , as i got sick they cooked a special dish for me one evening, they were bringing me coconut water in the morning although initiaally they did not have, but took care to have for the days i was there.
The politeness of the staff.
The road in front of the hotel still a dirt road. The hotel is a havre in the middle of busy area.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The room was great- large and well laid out. Very nice gym with a helpful instructor and I enjoyed a massage which relieved muscle stiffness after traveling. Plentiful drinking water was provided and the food at the restaurant on site was excellent and reasonably priced. Convenient that there was a grocery store and shopping mall close by.
The entrance road was not great but they were busy putting down gravel to improve it when we were leaving.

The apartment room gave a homely feel. You could open windows like at home . Clean and nice room . Bathroom amenities good enough .Appreciate the eco concious approach of using only reusable glass RO water bottles when a lot of other hotels use PET bottles which is hard on environment even though recyclable. Staff were polite and nice . Food was also done in a more homely manner and of good quality.
The food prices seemed a bit expensive when considering one person ordering a dish . Also room service of even simple chai seemed very expensive

Breakfast is okay. For lunch, the options are bit limited.
Proactiveness in lunch service (room service ordering) needs improvement. We ordered lunch from the room, and the delivery was significantly delayed, with limited follow-up or initiative from the staff. We believe better coordination among the attendants would help ensure more timely and efficient service.
