The villa is spacious, with large, clean, and air-conditioned rooms. It also has a private, clean swimming pool with a direct sea view, and a garage that fits one car. The staff are present during the morning hours and stay in touch via WhatsApp, which was helpful.
The location is very poor. Reaching the villa is extremely difficult due to a steep downhill road. Some taxi drivers refused to go there, especially when it rained, because the road is rough and unsafe.
We were informed by the staff that electricity is not included in the rental price, and they showed us the electricity meter reading. However, we were shocked at checkout when we were asked to pay a very high and unreasonable amount for just four days of electricity usage. Our passport was withheld until we paid the amount, which was unacceptable and unprofessional.
