Good value for money. The location is very good, I booked for 5 nights and I felt safe the whole time. Parking available and free on Roma street. Pizzeria Sairrock is very close and they have good pizza. The owner is nice and helpful.
The apartment has kitchen on the ground floor, bathroom and nice terrace on the 1st floor, bedroom and another big terrace on the 2nd floor. There is air conditioning in each room, which is a very big plus.
The apartment was clean, with everything you need as cooking utensils, kitchen towels, garbage bags, sponge, dishwashing detergent and in the bathroom there’s a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo. The bed was comfortable for us and the espresso machine made our mornings happy. The owner left us cold water in the fridge, I appreciated it. Easy check-in and check-out. For us it was a pleasant experience, the stay and Sardinia.
If you plan to stay longer in the apartment, you have to take into consideration the stairs, which are quite steep and you have to climb and descend them slowly and carefully. For us it wasn’t an inconvenience, considering that we left early in the morning and returned in the evening.
There was a smell of dampness on the ground floor and we couldn’t air the room because many mosquitoes were coming in. I recommend a dehumidifier, it would help a lot.
The towels were clean, but they had a strange smell.
It would help a lot if there was a cutting knife in the kitchen.
There is no wifi, but I already knew that when I booked.

L'appartamento si trova nel centro di Siniscola, ed è completamente ristrutturato a nuovo. Il parcheggio è presente nelle vicinanze. Ci sono 2 ampi terrazzi per il relax. L'aria condizionata è presente in tutti e 3 i piani e l'alloggio è pulitissimo. Il letto matrimoniale è comodo. Il proprietario è sempre stato disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta e attento per rendere la nostra vacanza confortevole. Consigliatissimo!

La struttura è in una posizione strategica per raggiungere tutte le spiagge agevolmente.
Dotata di tutti i comfort,La pulizia è ottima e tutti e tre i piani (ingresso con sala e cucina,disimpegno con bagno e camera da letto) hanno aria condizionata. Inoltre si hanno un terrazzo al primo piano e un secondo terrazzo in camera ad uso esclusivo.
E come potrebbe mancare un elogio all’host?
Gino è una persona squisita che ci ha accompagnato per tutto il nostro soggiorno trasmettendo l’amore per la sua terra e le sue mille passioni
La strada dalla quale si accede è molto stretta, se avete un auto che non sia una utilitaria sconsiglio di arrivare direttamente all’indirizzo ma piuttosto parcheggiare nella via adiacente principale.
Le scale interne sono molto ripide ma gestibili se si è in buona salute e mobilità
