Location at the heart of cebu it plaza. The rent rate was ok for a 2 bedroom apartment.
The unit was not properly maintained. When we arrived, it was not properly cleaned. They provided us fresh towels but the pillows and bedsheets smells bad. You can see collection of dusts as well. One water heater is not working and toilets does not have bidet. Faucets are a bit broken as well. There is leaking or wet area in the storage room. Soiled and wet carpet was left there. No garbage basket in the kitchen or living room.
