Καλή τοποθεσία, όμορφη θέα στη θάλασσα, καλά εξοπλισμένο και ευρύχωρο σπίτι, άμεση επικοινωνία ιδιοκτήτη και διάθεση για εξυπηρέτηση.
Δεν ήταν καθαρά. Πάρα τη διάθεση για εξυπηρέτηση, το θεμα της καθαριότητας δυσαρέστησε την εμπειρία μας. Εγινε προσπάθεια να καθαριστεί ξανα, αλλά ανεπιτυχώς για ένα σπίτι που οφείλει να τηρεί την καθαριοτητα σε υψηλά επίπεδα. Καταλήξαμε να το καθαρίσουμε ικανοποιητικα μόνοι μας, σε μια κράτηση με αρκετα χρήματα, 8 ημέρων. Ψυγείο, ράφια, ντουλάπια κουζινας, κουρτίνες, κουφώματα σε βρωμικη κατάσταση και τα υπόλοιπα απλώς προσεγμένα. Δυστυχώς μέχρι και μυρμήγκια μέσα στη καφετιέρα και φακοί επαφής προηγούμενων πελατών βρέθηκαν ξεχασμένοι πάνω στο κρεβάτι-καναπέ. Κρίμα για ένα τόσο όμορφο σπίτι. Αν λυθεί αυτό το ζήτημα, προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα, αν δε λυθεί, είναι απογοητευτικό, ανεξαρτήτως τιμής. Η καθαριότητα πρέπει να είναι προτεραιότητα των ιδιοκτητών, όπως και το ενδιαφέρον απο πλευράς τους σχετικα με την ικανοποίηση των πελατών σε τοσο σημαντικα ζητήματα που εχουν αναφερθεί παράπονα, κάτι το οποίο δυστυχώς δε συνέβη.
