Location was great. Very quiet and the staff were very helpful. Close to Malecon. Safe, clean and friendly.

Having to ask the front desk for things so we could cook. Several of the glasses were broken even though it has a detailed inventory of the kitchen which appears to be something that is checked and verified. Having to ask the front desk for a key to the safe as the directions stated were not accurate. I also had a wrist band attached when I arrived but no one could tell me why I had to wear it. Housekeeping came sporadically although I was told that it was every 3 days so we never knew when someone was going to be in the room. Best advice is to make a list of all the things you need for the kitchen and make one trip down to the front desk to get all of it. They can basically get you anything but don't stock it in the rooms.

Location was great with spacious rooms. The staff kept the hotel very clean and they were helpful

The mattresses were exceptionally firm. I still slept okay with no back issues

Plenty of space and great location

Parking area was difficult to exit

Close to everything in romantic zone

Old. Dead cricket in bathroom, no hand towels for bath, doors did t shut all the way,
