Apartament Herbowa

Beautifully renovated & well located 1-room apartment with parking. Very quiet residential area, nice balcony with darkening shutters for sleeping, nice place to enjoy a morning coffee. Lovely kitchen and bathroom and unit even has a washing machine. Comfortable and spacious sofabed that was easy to set up. Very accommodating & kind hosts, who responded exceptionally quickly to communication through the Booking.com messaging platform. The on-site parking for no extra fee was one of the initial reasons this property interested us and we we could easily see our car from the kitchen/bathroom windows. We would definitely book there again when travelling to Szczecin and really appreciated the flexibility of the hosts and their excellent responsiveness to messages/questions.

Before arrival received a message from Booking.com that the security number for my credit card was missing (but there had not been anywhere to enter it). Howeover, this was a platform issue, not an issue with the accommodation. It was easily sorted out/resolved with the very accommodating and flexible hosts, who offered options for payment by either cash or card (with a portable terminal) at the time of arrival. Therefore, this issue with the Booking.com platform did not affect the otherwise very positive experience with the accommodation.
