Super clean, very spacious and comfortable flat. A warm, cosy place. Photos in the listing are accurate, actually it is even nicer than the photos show.
Don’t be put off by the entrance, it’s worth the stairs. Parking is plentiful in the areas around the building even though parking at the entrance is not possible. But there are plenty of places within reasonable distance.

Cet appartement fraîchement rénové avec beaucoup de charme est un véritable cocon. Nous avions envie de nous évader de notre quotidien. Ce fut chose faite à seulement quinze minutes de chez nous. C'est assez simple, pourtant pas casaniers ni l'un ni l'autre, nous n'avons pas quitté l'appartement. Juste un avre de paix.
Cela n'est absolument pas une critique. Oui l'immeuble est en travaux et peut sembler vétuste au premier abord . Cela est oublié sitôt passé la porte du logement.

L’agencement du studio
Les parties communes vetustes pas d’éclairage et l’escalier dangereux la 1ere nuit. Pas de sacs poubelles ni tri sélectif 1 seule poubelle. Suite à une demande auprès du propriétaire aucun suivi ???
