The atmosphere of the property location. The staff there was excellent in customer service.
The location of the syite that we stayed in. We were lo ated right above 5 huge fans that wete part of cooling an entire building. On day one, it was clear we couldn't e joy the terrace, it was so loud you couldn't enjoy conversation. When I side the apartment, you were inae to ease the doors open because of the level of noise. But what took things to the next level, was when workers started dwelling on our first morning at 8 am. Not to mention the 1000 dollar I cide tal deposit that was asked for by the hotel, after paying for our stay with you in full

The Staff were wonderful, I was happy to pay for the service but the hotel itself was really just an overpriced Marriott, not a Ritz-Carlton that I was expecting. Granted I was staying in one of the apartments that was privately owned and it needed some upgrades, but the hotel property itself was just average.
The amount of families in the pool area and POOL TOYS taking over the smallish pool for a large hotel was extremely annoying for a LUXURY hotel. I was there for a weekend alone for a nice relaxing time but it was overrun by screaming kids and ridiculous donut floaties that shouldn't have been allowed.
