Nestled in nature on the hill of San Clemente, between Lake Maggiore and Lake Varese, Casa Liberata is perfect for enjoying tranquility and quickly reaching the most important attractions of the area: beaches, unique cultural sites, and excellent restaurants, as well as opportunities for outdoor activities in the mountains and on the lake. It's ideal for recharging and relaxing in the evening after a day spent swimming in the lake or visiting the numerous cultural sites in the area, an excursion to Lake Como or Lugano, or even a train trip to Milan. It's also suitable for remote work. The independent apartment is suitable for couples or families with a maximum of two children.
Casa Liberata is an old stone house entirely renovated respecting its origins but with modern comforts. The accommodation, entirely for guests, is on the first floor of the house, accessible by an external staircase. It consists of a living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, a table with 4 chairs, and a sofa bed with two separate beds. The bedroom has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe with clothes hangers and a mirror. The bathroom connected to the main bedroom is equipped with a toilet with a bidet shower, a sink with a mirror, and a walk-in shower. Both the living area and the sleeping area have large windows with views of Lake Varese, the meadows, and the woods. It is possible to eat outdoors under a pergola and enjoy the sun in the well-kept lawns.
