This condo complex has the best of all worlds being close to historic Fort Macon State Park, the charming town of Beaufort, a scenic drive to Emerald Isle, and don't forget to check out the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores on the way there! Olde Towne Yacht Club amenities include a spacious Clubhouse, a Swimming Pool, Hot Tub, an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower with a Dressing Area, Grilling Area, a well-equipped Fitness Room, a Sauna and an Elevator.
Olde Towne Yacht Club 312 is a beautiful, 3-bedroom, 2-bath Soundfront condo. Located on the Intercoastal Waterway, it offers views of both Historic Beaufort and Carrot Island, where the wild horses play. Set in a World Class Marina setting and adjacent to Sandy Beach, this is a picturesque place to rest, relax and enjoy North Carolina's Crystal Coast.
Complex Amenities: Elevators, Pool, Hot Tub, Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, Fitness Room, Sauna, Grill area. Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay.
Marina with Boat Docking Facilities are available - Slip Rentals are available through the Complex Association. Guests may fish off the dock as well! Please Note: No boat parking unless guest rents boat slips through the marina.
Bedroom #1 is the Master bedroom with a King bed, Waterfront Deck access, with great views. Bedroom #2 and Bedroom #3 each have a Queen bed.
Amenities include: 4 Smart TVs with access to streaming apps, High-Speed Wireless Internet; In-Unit Washer/Dryer; Fully Equipped Kitchen with Stove/Oven, Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher; Private Covered Balcony with Furniture.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

Lovely unit in a great location but as a rental property owner myself I’m a big believer in simple things like pillow and mattress protection for sanitary reasons. The pillows themselves needed covering or replacing due to staining. Also, the cleanliness wasn’t exactly what I was hoping for. The floors needed cleaning better and the drawer under the stove where pans were stored is very dirty.With all of this I would still recommend this unit for your stay.
