This oceanfront condo offers stunning Atlantic Ocean views and a relaxing retreat in North Myrtle Beach. It features two spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, and a cozy living area with a smart TV. Enjoy the private screened porch, oceanfront pool, lounge area, and direct beach access. Conveniently located in Crescent Beach, enjoy the widest beaches and a calm atmosphere.

The queen-size pull-out couch provides additional sleeping space, making it ideal for larger groups. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views right from your living room!
KITCHEN and DINING
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, modern appliances, cookware, and utensils, making meal prep a breeze. The dining area comfortably seats four guests, perfect for shared meals, while the breakfast bar provides casual dining space.
BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS
Bedroom 1: This spacious bedroom offers a queen-size bed, cozy linens, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: Features a queen-size bed, ample closet space, and easy access to the second full bathroom.
Bathrooms: Both bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, and a modern, clean design.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Relax on your private screened porch with a morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine while taking in the peaceful ocean views. Enjoy the fresh sea breeze and calming atmosphere.

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $39. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
You must be 21 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.
We do not provide a daily linen service.
We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows, you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay:
* Complimentary Free High-Speed Internet/WiFi
* Coffee products and add-ins
* Paper Products (toilet paper, paper towels)
* Hotel Quality Bath Amenities (shampoo, hand soap)
