The city of Guaratuba offers various restaurants, shops, hospitals, and all the infrastructure of a seaside town, such as banks, schools, hospitals, etc. It is located in Balneario Nereidas, 8 km from the center of Guaratuba, 120 km from Curitiba/Paraná, and 40 km from Joinville/Santa Catarina. Public transportation is very close to the house. The great advantage is enjoying life by the sea with an impressive landscape. Different prices apply during long holidays such as Christmas, New Year's, and Carnival.
