Lovely and rare two bedroom flat near Columbia and the subway. Well appointed, but bring your own cork screw...

Our group enjoyed our stay at this location! The place was very clean, had plenty of towels and glassware for us to use, and the hosts were very responsive when we reached out with any questions. If we ever need to stay in the city again, we would definitely choose to come back here!

The condo was quite nice and communication with the property manager was excellent. Our only concern is the same that has been mentioned by prior renters and that is the listing inaccurately describes the condo as being much closer to Central Park than it actually is. The condo is at 1st Avenue, which is nice neighborhood but it is a good walk to get to Central Park. We were also confused as to why the listing includes photos of the Excelsior building/train station when that is located 3 miles away.

There are several positives to this apartment, including the responsiveness of the host, fun LED lights throughout the living room, nice flat screens, comfortable beds, an abundance of clean linens and towels and a parking garage conveniently located.However, we were surprised and a bit disappointed to learn the location is not what is pictured on the listing. This East Harlem apartment is nowhere near Central Park, rather it is on the other side by the river. The apartment was also not thoroughly cleaned, and lacked the cozy amenities seen in the pictures, like the line of little soap bottles in the bathroom and pods for the coffee maker.
