The space
Escape to Violet Sunset 2802, a spacious 1,639 square-foot two-bedroom two-bathroom ocean front suite at Kanaloa at Kona. You’ll love the home-away-from-home feel of this comfy, well-designed condo. Enjoy our large, furnished lanai - complete with wet bar and fridge - with views of lava rock landscape and the sparkling ocean of the rugged Kona Coast. Listen to the waves as they crash up against the rocky coastline; enjoy dolphins spinning and whales breaching; take in brilliant violet sunsets and the vibrant moon glistening across the ocean. You may even spot a large manta ray as they make their way toward the haven of Keauhou Bay to the south. As you relax on the lanai, it's just you and ocean.
The living room features gorgeous oceanfront views along with 42" smart TV and even a telescope to enjoy the clear Kona night sky.
The fully-equipped open concept kitchen includes granite countertops, a stove/oven, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, blender, and all the dishware and cookware you’ll need to prepare a delicious island-inspired meal.
The primary bedroom includes a king bed and an en-suite bedroom. The guest bedroom includes 2 twin beds. The sofa in the living room transforms into a futon. This rental includes an in-room washer/dryer for added convenience.

GREAT location!!! You want unobstructed, very secluded, quiet ocean front? This is it! Bring binoculars because there was no shortage of whale sightings from the lanai! Super-clean. Nice, updated bathrooms. Well-maintained, gated complex. A 10-minute drive to the trailhead to Captain Cook snorkeling (so worth the hike to some awesome snorkeling!). Great communication from the leasing company too! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Lanai and great location. Spacious condo with lots of daylight through all the windows. Nice pools and tennis court is in great condition.

Everything was almost perfect-- location, view, condo cleanliness and stocking, check in and check out. Only thing that could be improved are the beds-- especially the king in the master. They are very stiff and felt as if they had springs poking into your back. Mother saud same about one of the smaller beds in the guest room. Everything else was perfect and would rent again despite the beds. thank you
