You’ll also have access to the community gym for a nominal fee, just a short stroll from the home.
Hop on the FREE CB South bus at Red Mountain Park (a 5–7 minute walk), and enjoy easy access to Downtown Crested Butte, Mount Crested Butte Ski Resort, and even Gunnison. Buses run approximately every 30 minutes during high season, making it easy to explore without the hassle of driving.

Please note that this is a tri-level townhome with stairs and no elevator access. We also have a strict no pet policy (we love them, but this home is not pet-friendly), and do not allow parties of any kind on the property. We do not allow smoking, vaping, or drug use of any kind on the property (inside or outside - this includes cannabis)
There is no Uber or Lyft in Crested Butte, so please make transportation arrangements in advance if needed. The FREE local bus system is a great option and runs regularly during high season, but does not provide service from the airport.
We’re in an alpine environment, so snow (and lots of it) is always a possibility. Please plan your travel accordingly and pack with seasonal conditions in mind.
MINIMUM AGE: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and must be staying at the property for the entire reservation. The person booking may not make a reservation on behalf of another group or individual if they will not be present during the stay. By booking, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We may request government-issued identification to verify the age of the primary booking guest.

It was more beautiful than the pictures! It was perfect for our family of 8 adults. The communication was excellent, everything was better than what I expected. We made lifelong memories here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Awesome condo in the perfect spot. We took advantage of the bus to CB and to Gunnison and never ran out of adventures! CB South has easily become one of our favorite CO spots and we will definitely want to book here again! Oh…and AMAZING hosts!!!

We loved everything about our stay at Upscale Mountain Retreat! Beautiful property, lovely accommodations and Melissa was great to communicate with. We also loved ending our day in the hot tub. Would defiantly recommend and hope to be back.
