Beautiful Condo in Coco Beach short walk to beach and downtown!

This gorgeous condo is located within walking distance of many amenities, such as banks, drugstores, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, ATMs, bus stops, souvenir shops, and more.

The beach is also very close—just 350 meters away. Fill up your cooler with your favorite drinks and head out to watch majestic sunsets every day!

The condo is located on the third floor. On the first floor, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic stovetop, refrigerator, rice cooker, slow cooker, air fryer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and stainless steel oven.

The living room is spacious, featuring a wall-mounted smart TV that gives you easy access to your favorite apps, a solid wood table for 4 people, a comfortable sofa and loveseat set, and a full bathroom conveniently located on the main floor.

Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms with queen-size beds, a large closet stocked with plenty of linens and towels, and another full bathroom. It also features a large private balcony with a plastic table and four chairs, where you can enjoy a steaming cup of coffee in the morning or a delicious cold Costa Rican beer during the day.

There are some very nice restaurants and coffee shops in the neighborhood. For a delicious breakfast and drinks, I recommend Guayoyo Café and Buzzed Monkey, both located just a short distance away. 250 meters away, you’ll find ATMs and more fun places to discover, such as souvenir shops, bakeries, supermarkets, fruit stands, tour operators, bars, pizza parlors, and art galleries.

In case you forgot to pack your books or have already finished them, there’s a public library behind the gas station where you can find a wide variety of books in both Spanish and English.

Every Friday, there are Latin dance classes—the perfect activity to meet other people and learn about the local culture.

To make the common area more enjoyable for everyone, we ask that you follow these rules:

Smoking is prohibited in all common and outdoor areas, including balconies.

Maximum occupancy: 4 people.

Noise: No unreasonable noise after 11 PM. Drugs and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

Pets: No pets of any kind are allowed.

Barbecues on balconies and in common areas are not allowed.

Parking: One vehicle per unit; no reserving spots.

By making a reservation, the guest also agrees that they have read and understood the house rules. Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

COMPLEX RULES:

To make the common areas more pleasant for everyone, we ask that you follow these rules:

Maximum occupancy: 4 people.

Common areas: No obstructions or personal items are allowed in the hallways; hanging laundry outside is not permitted, except for beach towels.

Noise: Excessive noise is not permitted after 11:00 PM. Drugs and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

Trash: Use sealed bags; do not litter. Dispose of trash in the designated bins.

Barbecues: Not permitted in pool areas, on balconies, or in common areas.

Pets: No pets of any kind are allowed.

Parking: One vehicle per unit; parking spaces cannot be reserved. Unregistered or defective vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.

POOL RULES:

No glasses or food are allowed in the pool area. o Children under 12 must be supervised.

Follow all safety and hygiene rules.

Jumping from the edge of the pool or from the balconies is not permitted.

By making a reservation, the guest also acknowledges having read and understood the residential complex’s rules. Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in immediate eviction without the right to a refund.
