The NOLA house is a recently renovated and well-equipped two-room apartment located in the center of Colico, a short distance from the lakeside promenade, various bars, and restaurants! Upon entering the apartment, you'll find a spacious living room with a kitchen, dining area, TV, and a comfortable sofa bed. There's also access to the balcony with a splendid view of the mountains! The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four people.
The kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped, and many other amenities are available, including a TV and a dishwasher.
Colico is a beautiful town on the upper shores of Lake Como. It's a strategic point for those who want to explore the lake and visit the valleys of Valtellina or Valsassina. It's well-connected to Milan - Lecco - Valtellina via the highway and railway line. Whether you're here to discover the villas and villages of the lake, engage in water sports like windsurfing or kitesurfing, go hiking, or simply relax and enjoy the Italian sun and delicious food, Colico is the perfect destination for you :) .
