Located on a property of 1700m2 annexed to the main villa, you will not suffer from any vis-à-vis in a perfectly equipped accommodation. You will enjoy the sunsets over the Sanguinaires Islands and enjoy easy access to the beaches of the south shore of the Gulf of Ajaccio.
The accommodations are located in a housing development consisting of 15 lots of about 1500m2. The development is located 500m from Agosta beach.
It is accessible by a private entrance with motorized gate and has a garden of about 1000m2. Two terraces with barbecue, garden shower, sunbathing, one of them enjoys a sea view with sunset over the Sanguinaires Islands.
At your convenience, you can leave your vehicle outside the property or take advantage of the location located under the terrace of the accommodation. We provide you with sets of keys with remote control for opening/closing the gate.
The accommodations are not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
We strongly recommend the use of a car to enjoy all the beaches on the south shore of Ajaccio.
