We’re Laura & Basti, and we rent out our tiny house in Retterschen, a small, historic neighborhood of Kressbronn on Lake Constance. Here, you’ll be right in the middle of our large garden, surrounded by half-timbered houses, apple trees, and plenty of nature. And best of all: It’s just a 15-minute walk to Lake Constance—perfect for a dip in the water or just to relax.
With its simple design, our “suedhaus” is a true haven of comfort. Light-colored wood elements, minimalist furnishings, and plenty of natural light create a cozy atmosphere. In just 18 m², you’ll find everything you need: a small kitchen, a modern bathroom, a comfortable bed, Wi-Fi, and a terrace that opens directly onto the garden with fruit trees. Our tiny house is fully equipped so you can have a wonderful time with us without having to worry about a thing.
The Lake Constance region has so much to offer—there’s something for everyone here. Whether you prefer a leisurely stroll along the lake, a bike ride through the vineyards, or a swim in the summer, Lake Constance offers countless possibilities. Fancy a day trip? Mainau Island, the historic old town of Lindau, or the mountains in Vorarlberg are not far away. And of course, you shouldn’t miss out on the regional specialties—whether it’s fresh fish straight from the lake, Maultaschen, Kässpätzle, or a glass of local wine.
Everything you need is at your disposal in this 18-square-meter space. A kitchenette with a refrigerator, induction stove, and sink. There’s also a bathroom with a spacious shower, toilet, and small sink. The double bed is accessible via a staircase and is located directly beneath two large skylights.
The living and dining area features a fold-out dining table and a coat rack. The tiny house offers plenty of storage space for luggage, clothing, and supplies.
Our large terrace with wide steps is perfect for enjoying beautiful summer days. From here, you can look out over the garden and, in the distance, you can also see Lake Constance.
