Enjoy this beautiful four bedroom home that is located just 10 mins from Lackland AFB, 15 mins from Seaworld, 20 mins from the Riverwalk and Downtown, 25 mins from Six Flags and La Cantera Shops, 7 mins from HEB, and is located right off of Highway 90 to give you quick access to all that San Antonio has to offer.
This home offers a large open floor plan in the family living area, a basketball arcade game, an oversized backyard with a big playground and a beautiful pergola with a gas fire pit.

The space

*1 KING bed*, 1 Queen bed, 4 twin beds (including 1 set of bunkbeds)
PLEASE NOTE that all of the bedrooms are located on the second floor of the house. This home comfortably fits up to 8 guests and an infant.
*While we love all pets, we are not currently accommodating them in our home at this time. Thank you for understanding*
Sit back and relax while you enjoy our comfortable couch and watch your favorite show or movie on our 70 inch TV located in the living room. It has access to different subscription services such as Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, etc. The King and Queen bedrooms each have smart TVs as well. Feel free to login to your own accounts to watch from and then log out at the end of your stay.
We provide a travel crib if an infant is staying with you. It is located in the closet near the laundry room. There is also a high chair available for use in the pantry. A few children's toys and books are located in the drawers in the bunk bed room. A fun basketball arcade game is located in the loft for endless family fun. In the TV console there are many different DVDs to watch as well as a DVD player. You can also find different family friendly games there as well.
A selection of delicious coffee, tea and creamers are available to help you start your day off right. Feel free to help yourself.
The kitchen has been equipped to help you cook meals while on vacation if you'd like. Kitchen includes pots, pans, utensils, toaster, dishes, cooking sheets, wine glasses and mugs.
Outside, you'll find a large playground as well as a gas fire pit that you can sit around and decompress from your day. There are roasting sticks available for use if you are craving roasted marshmallows. Roasting sticks can be found in the pantry. Please make sure to keep the fire pit turned off when not in use.
A washer and dryer are available for use if you find a need to do laundry while visiting. We provide a few laundry pods for your convenience.
Guest access
You may check in beginning at 4pm. If an earlier check in is desired, please contact me prior to check in. If I can accommodate, I will.
Please check out by 11am.
We have a smart lock for easy access when you arrive. A unique code will be provided on the day of check in for easy access to the house.
All areas of the home are accessible except for the downstairs locked closet. You are welcome to park in the driveway or on the side of the street.
Other things to note
Friendly reminder: NO parties and NO smoking allowed in this home.
We have 3 exterior cameras to help protect our home. One is located over the driveway, one above the front door and one in the backyard.
