The Domaine d'Eden: a true haven of peace in the countryside of Essaouira!

Relax with the whole family or friends in this quiet and ideally located accommodation in the countryside, just 15 minutes from Essaouira.
The villa offers 5 large bedrooms with private bathrooms and terraces.

All suites as well as the entire estate are now covered by wifi very high-speed broadband.
* A 5th suite (the Emerald Suite) is available. It offers a double bed that can be divided into 2 single beds as well as an additional sofa bed available in a small Moroccan living room.
This suite is an annex of the estate, a 25m² bungalow which is located about 50m from the main building and is only available for groups of more than 9 travelers or at an additional cost for groups of less than 9.
- Air conditioning is available in the 2 suites Emeraude and Pierre de Lune (the 2 suites upstairs).
- the Domaine's bar adjoins the bowling alley: you can spend pleasant moments with friends, enjoy an aperitif after your games of pétanque or take advantage of its location for moments of calm and relaxation during the day and in the evening.
4 double beds can be separated, allowing 8 individual beds (an extra bed is also available in the Emerald Suite and in the Saphir Suite).
The bathrooms include a shower and/or bathtub, double sinks and toilets. You will find bath towels, pool towels and shower gel products.
The villa is equipped with central heating (very rare in the area!). It offers a very well equipped kitchen and a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool.
A beautiful garden surrounds the house and the swimming pool (which can be heated for an extra charge in low season), where multiple nooks and crannies will allow you to rest in complete privacy in the shade of the olive trees.
The villa also offers a spa: a qualified masseuse can also offer wellness services (her contact details are available at the villa, just call him and pay him directly for his services): you will have the opportunity to truly relax in a heavenly place!
The property shows a particular concern for the environment: heat pump, solar and photovoltaic panels, water tower: everything is planned to respect energy resources and limit the environmental impact.
Other important remarks:
* Food is NOT included in the rental price. Travellers will pay the price of the food shopping directly to our cook who will be in charge of preparing breakfasts, as well as lunches and dinners, in consultation with the travellers.
* Fatimzahra and Mouna will be in charge of making the beds, meals and dishes, with the exception of the evening meal which they will prepare for you if you wish but will leave it to you to heat up because she works from 8am to +/- 4pm.
* Heating The pool cost 150 euros/week (to cover the electricity costs of the heat pump) and is optional on request at least 10 days before the rental (valid only for stays of a minimum of one week as the pool must be heated several days beforehand).
This heating option is available from November 1st to April 1st/May (depending on the weather).
* The services of the masseuse are to be paid directly to our housekeeper
* The cleaning of the pool and outdoor areas is done every day and is included in the price.
* The common areas are cleaned regularly but the rental does not include hotel service. A washing machine, ironing board and iron are available free of charge if you occasionally wish to wash clothes during your stay.
* We can arrange for you your transfer from Essaouira airport to the villa where Moustapha can take you. You will benefit from our negotiated rate and pay the price of the ride directly to the driver: €25 up to 4 people, 5 or 6 €30, 7 or 8 people €35. A transfer from Marrakech and Agadir is possible.
If you do not wish to rent a car, you can also benefit from its services during the week, always on the basis of our preferential rates (we do not take any commission).
If you nevertheless wish to rent a vehicle, we will direct you to one of our service providers at a rate already negotiated.
Traveller access
As the villa is rented in its entirety and therefore fully privatised, you will have access to the entire property without having to share spaces with other occupants.
Other remarks
The Domaine d'Eden has received the approval of the Moroccan Ministry of Tourism.
The Domaine therefore has all the safety guarantees (fire panel, fire extinguishers, gas detectors, etc.)
A tourist tax applies but it is included in the price of your rental: you do not have to pay extra for it.
