This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse places you in the center of Coconut Grove. Featuring 2,044 sq ft of modern elegance and a serene side yard, it’s ideal for families, friends, or couples. Stroll to Coconut Grove’s top restaurants, shops, and attractions for the perfect Miami getaway.
The Space:
Step inside and feel instantly at home. Thoughtfully designed with a harmonious blend of ceramic tile and wood flooring, the bright and spacious living area invites relaxation. Gather with loved ones on the plush sofa or stream your favorite shows on the smart TVs. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into a sleek, fully equipped kitchen featuring premium appliances — a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, washer, and dryer. (Note: Several outlets in the kitchen and bedrooms are currently not functioning. This is part of a scheduled electrical project that will be addressed at the end of the year.)
Each of the three bedrooms is a sanctuary of comfort. The master suite boasts a luxurious en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet, offering a private oasis. (NOTE: Hot Tub Is Non-Operable) The additional 1.5 bathrooms ensure ample space for all guests.
Outdoor Bliss
Your own private side yard awaits for alfresco dining, morning yoga, or unwinding with a glass of wine. It’s the perfect spot to soak up Miami's sunshine and relax in a tranquil setting. If you are looking for a spacious, clean, easygoing location in central coconut grove, this home is perfect!!! 100% would stay here again and recommend it to anyone. The location is so ideal, the beds are unbelievably comfortable and luxurious, the couch was huge and so comfortable as well. It was perfect!!

Stayed 2 nights here, early May 2025. House is in a super safe neighborhood. Good fancy restaurants are only 3 min drive. Very clean house. Everything works. Every room has TV. AC BLOWS super cold. Living room is nice cozy area. Would definitely stay again.
