About this villa rental
Villa Simone has been designed by the owners to ensure that you have an unforgettable stay in Fuerteventura. Vintage furniture, travel souvenirs and design pieces: every detail, every decorative object has been carefully thought out to make you feel at home.
Its unspoilt location, just outside the popular village of Lajares, its breathtaking views of the volcanoes (and even the sea!) and its bold architecture make it an absolutely unique villa.
In an ecological approach, Villa Simone is completely self-sufficient in electricity - many photovoltaic panels guarantee you the necessary energy - and the waste water from the house is recycled and used for irrigation of the garden.
The villa has of course a high-speed internet connection.
In its 5-bedroom configuration, Simone offers 2 living modules, which can luxuriously accommodate 10 guests. This flexible organization allows everyone to live at their own pace and enjoy moments of intimacy.
Module 1 (the main house):
The main house is built around a very large living room. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and you can dine with 10 guests around the magnificent concrete table.
This module accommodates 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
> Bedroom 1, upstairs: 1 queen size bed (160x200cm), private bathroom.
> Bedrooms 2 and 3, on the first floor: 2 beds of 90x200cm with the possibility of joining them into a king size thanks to a comfortable mattress topper. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
Module 2 (Villa Colette, adjoining Villa Simone):
The second module, completely independent, also houses an equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. Its 2 bedrooms share a beautiful bathroom.
Outdoor areas:
The landscaped garden, with its tiered terraces, offers many spaces for conviviality and privacy, according to your desires.
Gas BBQ.
3x9m swimming pool in Bali stone, heated all year round.
Module 2 also has its own fully equipped terrace with a gas barbecue as well as a 2m x 3m pool, 90cm deep, heated all year round, ideal for cooling off, reading or drinking an aperitif.
Private indoor parking.
Villa Simone is particularly suitable for yoga retreats (up to 15 yoga mats can be installed).
You can benefit from the services of a yoga teacher, a chef at home or a masseuse at home on request.
