Dangast is a former artists’ village and a neighborhood of Varel. It is the only North Sea resort with a forest right by the sea and is known for its mild, invigorating climate. From the beach, you can see Wilhelmshaven. You can book excursions there with Captain Eike Wassermeier on the Jantje von Dangast, including trips to the seal colonies or the Arngast Lighthouse. Oldenburg is a great place for shopping, as is Varel with its cozy downtown.

Hello and welcome to our newly renovated ground-floor apartment, Abbey Road, in the heart of Dangast. Here you can enjoy a peaceful vacation close to the beach. Through the spacious entryway, you’ll enter the living and dining area with an L-shaped kitchenette and a cozy ottoman. The apartment features bright, modern furnishings. This is also where you’ll find the exit to the private, landscaped terrace with furniture and sunshades. Enjoy the fresh Frisian air. The apartment has two bedrooms—the first is furnished with a double bed and a large closet, while the second features two single beds and a desk. The bright, inviting bathroom has a spacious sink area and a walk-in shower with a level floor. We look forward to welcoming you.
