The ground floor is organized around a double living area that integrates the dining room, kitchen, and living room, a night space with a bedroom and bathroom adapted for PRM (Reduced Mobility Person), and a laundry area. Upstairs, four bedrooms, two bathrooms
bathrooms, a TV area and two toilets make up a bedroom area of good comfort.
On the garden side, you will enjoy the sunny terrace, ideal for family meals and summer evening ends around a barbecue.
The port is 80m away, the nearest beach is located 200m away. Surf spots are 15 minutes by car.
