New townhouse near the beach in Ocean City

Host was great with communication and accommodating our family. Very easy check in and out and the house with very clean. The upstairs does get hot so I would suggest bringing a fan if you're a warm sleeper. We were surprised to find out there was no pool on the property as there were

What a beautiful property! Stayed with my family of 8. Everyone had such a great time. Kitchen and dinning area are great for family dinners. So close to the beach and great stores around. A core family memory for sure!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Caine Woods. Here are our highlights:1. Prithvi was so responsive and easy to communicate with. They made sure all questions were answered quickly and provided all the information, plus some. 2. Distance to the beach was a huge plus! It was a very short walk across the Coastal highway, which the intersection was right outside the door. The host also provided an umbrella, chairs and a wagon. The house has a hose out front to rinse off sand too. 3. Amenities for my toddler - from beach toys and dining utensils, highchair and a pack and play - it was appreciated. (Even an arcade system for the adult kids)4. The townhouse was so clean and comfortable, the two car garage, and the key-less entry was a breeze for getting in and out. Considering the location, it was not noisy during our stay.5. Check-in and out was simple and easy.A few things to note but by no means negatives:1. If you are a hot sleeper, I suggest bringing a fan for the bedrooms, the third floor is the only floor that does not get cool enough. 2. Extra items... the house provides enough items for each guest/days, so if you need extra bath towels, laundry pods, paper towels or coffee pods, I suggest you bring them - we were fine during our stay but there is grocery store nearby if we needed to pick up anything.Overall, we had a lovely stay and if we return to OCMD we would stay again!
