The property is situated in a peaceful and pleasant holiday home area, welcoming you with a large, lush natural plot perfect for play and relaxation, along with ample parking space. The main house features an open-plan kitchen and living room with a wonderful ceiling height. Here, you’ll find a cozy sofa group with a TV and a fireplace. The stylish kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, generous counter space, and everything you need – and more. From the living room, you can step out onto a lovely southwest-facing patio with a spacious wooden deck and various outdoor furniture, making it the perfect spot to enjoy delightful summer evening dinners! From the living room, you can access all the bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, washing machine, and dryer. The other two bedrooms each have a single bed, with one of them also featuring a TV. The second bathroom, complete with a sauna, is conveniently located in the hallway near the entrance. The guesthouse offers comfortable accommodation as well, featuring a small private kitchen with an induction cooktop, a fridge with a freezer compartment, and a combined oven/microwave. It also has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet. Sleeping arrangements include a bunk bed and a sofa bed for two – a great setup for two families seeking privacy. Ljugarn offers plenty of activities, such as swimming at the beautiful sandy beach, exploring the limestone formations, shopping in local boutiques, enjoying waffles at Våffelmagasinet, or savoring delicious meals at Smakrike Krog and Bruna Dörren, two renowned restaurants on Gotland. For golf enthusiasts, Ljugarn’s Golf Course is just a few hundred meters from the property.
