About this house rental
Wake up to the sound of native bird calls amidst the silence of the Mount Glorious hills.
3 generous size bedrooms and 1 single room with linen and towels for short term stays. Large open plan kitchen and dining overlooking the formal garden to the rear of the property with roman stone statues and the odd one or two dinosaurs peeping through the foliage.
Fabulous wrap around upper deck to sit out and look over the pool or front garden.
Would suit family for short term moving properties, workers in the area or for a sea change weekend with friends.
Please note there is a little lily pond at the undercover area so please supervise children while outside.
It is a quiet area so no parties, big gatherings or excessive noise. We do respect our neighbours and our wildlife and prefer to keep our place for guests who appreciates these qualities too. No noise after 10pm.
We have a septic tank in place and tank water. Fruit trees on the property are watered by grey water.
BBQ and kitchen appliances must be cleaned after use.
