Cordoba 804 offers refined furnishings for your next sophisticated getaway at this two bedroom, complete condominium. Located on the eight floor of the Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort, right along the sand in Rocky Point. The Resorts ample amenities combine with many options near the Resort for fun dining and bistro options. Popular Sandy Beach attractions include Wrecked at the Reef, Banditos, Garufa Steak House, and a host of other options on the citys Malecon.
This two bedroom unit has a main room featuring leather seating and a wall mounted TV in the living room. Sliding glass doors help connect you to the balcony, and there are two hassocks. The dining table seats six, and the spacious kitchen is everything you could want. All appliances, cookware, large counter top, and additional seating. There is a separate room for a washer and dryer also. One bathroom is accessed via the hallway, and has a mirror topped vanity, and a shower stall.
The master bedroom provides a king sized bed, TV, dresser, and closet, with sliding doors that access the balcony and seating outside. The attached private master bathroom combines a raised bathtub, separate shower, and vanity with two sinks. The guest bedroom has a king sized bed, TV, dresser, and closet as well.
Step out onto the balcony and be amazed! Below you spreads the beachfront portion of the Resort, filled with large swimming pools, the lazy river, and the beach as well. You balcony brings together a radius dining table, and a sofa seating area for taking in the sunsets.

We had a nice time in this beautiful condo. They had all of the necessities we would need in a condo. We arrived around noon and checked in, they gave us wrist bands to use the facilities but wouldn’t give us keys until 4pm. The location was great. Easy access to the beach and the pool and not a far walk to Phase 1 either. The view was gorgeous. We would definitely stay in this condo again.
A couple things could have been better: We couldn’t access the safe because it was locked shut and we were missing the TV remote in the master bedroom (not a big deal because we barely would have used it anyways, but something to note.) we reached out and the manager said they would report it to customer service but then we never heard anything else, so we were never able to use the safe. Overall we had a wonderful experience and made great memories as a family.

We are already planning our next trip and hopefully be able to stay in the same condo. This was one of our top rated vacations as a family. The condo was clean and well kept and well furnished. The staff at the resort, including maintenance, and housekeeping were great. The view of the Sea of Cortez was amazing and it was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrises and sunsets. The resort was all that we had hoped for and more. We spent time snorkeling, swimming, fishing, golfing and overall relaxing.
