Enjoy staying in the heart of Notting Hill, London with this lovely 2-bedroom apartment located on the ground to the second floor of a secure residential building. Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.

Welcome to this lovely 2-bedroom apartment perfectly situated on McGregor Road in the heart of Notting Hill. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom 1: King Bed, Bedroom 2: Double Sofa Bed - both facing a quiet street and fitted with triple-glazed windows for a genuinely peaceful night's sleep. The flat has one full bathroom with a shower/bathtub, toilet and sink accessible via hallway. There's also an additional WC.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with sofas, dining table and chairs.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has individual radiators for heating throughout the cooler months.



Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on London and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.

Notting Hill is one of London's most iconic and photogenic neighbourhoods - pastel-coloured townhouses, the legendary Portobello Road market, and a relaxed, well-heeled atmosphere that somehow survives its own fame. The area is packed with excellent cafés, restaurants, and independent shops, yet still feels genuinely residential. The flat sits on McGregor Road, a quiet street right in the heart of it all. Notting Hill Gate station (Central line) is moments away, and Hyde Park is an easy walk.

Fantastic location just off the main drag enough in Notting Hill to be quiet enough for morning birdsong but close enough we were comfortable going to and from the Portobello road excitement several times a day and taking breaks to nap and cool down from the heatwave. (Really appreciated the air flow and all the fans!) Gorgeous kitchen and living area, phenomenal art piece in the living room along with books galore that both myself and our 16yr old greatly enjoyed. Perfect for a quiet stay in a wonderful part of town. Be sure to check out the local restaurants - we had excellent adventures at several, all less than 2-4 min walking distance. For longer adventures we walked to Holland Park and through Hyde easily.
