It is a typical Caparica apartment, simple but well equipped, ideal for your summer vacations but also cozy in winter, it has a private bedroom and in the living room you have two more single beds in addition to the sofa, it has its own wifi, fully equipped kitchen and with a balcony that can see the sea and the magnificent sunset.
Guests have full access to the apartment,
the building has an elevator and is very quiet and peaceful.
We have our surf school Caparica Blue Ocean, where you can book your group surf lessons or private lessons our teachers are professional and accredited,
The apartment is located in a quiet area two minutes from Traia and with the supermarket just down the street, there are restaurants, the traditional market and public transport, all very close.
We have a partnership with a surf school where you can book your summer activities or simply rent equipment,
You can also book your transfer to and from the airport together with your reservation.
Check in will be done at the Caparica Villas Real State agency located at the beginning of the street and in the same building on the right-hand corner, you can also rent your bikes here
