Nestled in the charming village of Keri, Villa Nephos beautifully combines traditional allure with contemporary elegance. This enchanting stone villa, set amidst the picturesque countryside near Agios Leon, offers a perfect retreat for those seeking tranquillity away from daily life.
Villa Nephos immerses guests in the authentic charm of Zakynthos, with its traditional stone facade evoking the island’s architectural heritage. The villa balances historical essence with modern comforts, creating a stylish sanctuary for relaxation.

On the ground floor, there is a large open-plan sitting room with an open fireplace, a dining area, a fitted kitchen with all the necessary appliances, and a double room with an en suite bathroom. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom.
The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and dishwasher, and it features convenient doors leading to the terrace. The lounge offers comfortable seating and a smart TV, along with dining facilities and easy access to the terrace.
In Bedroom 1, you’ll find a spacious king-sized bed, air conditioning, satellite TV, and also doors that open onto the terrace. The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a toilet, basin, and a bath with a shower overhead for added convenience.
On the first floor, Bedroom 2 has twin beds, air conditioning, and a charming balcony along with satellite TV. Bedroom 3 also contains twin beds and air conditioning, with satellite TV available as well. The bathroom on this floor includes a toilet, basin, and a bath with a shower overhead, along with a washing machine for your laundry needs.
Outdoors, the property boasts a lovely terrace featuring both covered and open areas, perfect for alfresco dining. Sun loungers and a parasol provide additional comfort and relaxation.
