This space is a private walk-up apartment in a well-appointed folk victorian home in the historic district of downtown Abingdon. This property is centrally located within sight and easy walking distance of the Abingdon Farmers' Market and multiple restaurants - including The Peppermill, Greeko's Grill & Cafe, Delta Blues BBQ and a great coffee shop called Rendezvous International Cafe. Note: Entry to the building requires going through a rear door and walking up one flight of stairs.
Features include a king-sized bed with memory foam mattress, large walk-in closet, a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, full private bath with tub/shower combo and private washer/dryer.
Living room features a double recliner loveseat, electric fireplace, large Samsung Smart TV with Roku streaming device, blazing fast wireless internet speeds (wifi) perfect for streaming. Log in with your Hulu / Netflix / Amazon Prime account for streaming content.

This unit was not only clean, it appeared to be brand new. It’s hard to tell from the photos, but this is a full sized apartment with high quality appliances. Another plus, that cushy sofa in the living room are actually two recliners, which we appreciated after a long day on a bike.
