Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 70 m² house for rent in Barneville-Carteret, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a 70 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 40 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 70 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: a trundle bed or two single beds (1m90 x 80 cm), which can be placed side by side or separately.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A lovely 40 m² enclosed, shared garden facing north, with private garden shed and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Barneville-Carteret, in a hamlet of Carteret au Valnotte. The house is very quiet, as it is set back from the road. In the village, just a 10-minute walk away, you'll find all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market...
Activities :
- Plage de la Potinière and the large beach at Barneville are about 3 km away (on foot or by bike).
- Carteret marina 5 min away
- Sand yachting, surfing, boating
- Crossings to the Channel Islands
