It features a queen bed, a queen pull-out couch, and a full bathroom with a tiled shower and soaking tub. Relax indoors with leather furnishings and granite countertops. With a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and high-end appliances, everything you need is right at your fingertips. Located inside the city limits of Stanley, the Salmon River Suite is the perfect home base for your next adventure.
Amenities: The suite includes electric wall heaters, plus air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a range, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, Ninja blender, and crockpot. Enjoy the deck with a propane BBQ and stunning river views. There’s also a washer and dryer, leather couch, granite countertops, solar shades on the windows, and a TV with YouTube TV provided for entertainment.
What to Bring: You’ll find all the essentials and cooking basics in the home. This includes towels, bed sheets, blankets, pillows, soap, 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, pots, and pans, one roll of paper towels, dishes, flatware, drip coffee pot and filters, a toaster, dish soap, sponge, and garbage bags. We do not provide hairdryers, irons, ironing boards, or a Pak-n-Plays.
The fireplace pictured is decorative only and will not be in use during your visit. The home is fully heated for your comfort.
Stairs: Please note that climbing stairs is required to access the home, and the property is not suitable for wheelchairs or individuals who have difficulty climbing stairs.
Loft: The loft is not intended for guest use, and there is no bed in the loft. For safety reasons, we do not recommend it for children.
Acknowledgment of Risks: River Use: Guest acknowledges that the property is located near a river, which may have strong currents, rapidly changing water levels, cold temperatures, and slippery banks. There is no barrier or fence between the home and the river. Swimming, wading, or other activities in or near the river involve inherent risks, including but not limited to drowning, hypothermia, and injury from submerged objects. Guest assumes all risks associated with the river and is solely responsible for supervising children and non-swimmers at all times. Guest expressly waives all claims against Owner, Sawtooth Vista Rentals, LLC, and any independent contractor acting on behalf of the property, arising from the use of or proximity to the river.
Exterior security camera present: A security camera is mounted on the northeast side of the deck. It is positioned to monitor only the parking area and the river, ensuring guests have privacy on the deck.

Excellent house on the Salmon River.

We stayed 3 nights with our tiny elderly dog and loved this place. The kitchen and amenities were nearly new and super clean. The location is a stone’s throw from the town of Stanley (just across the street) and we lived sleeping with the porch screen door open right to the sound of the Salmon River flowing.
