very pleasant hosts. Room was clean, on the compact side. We arrived early. Waited over 2 hours. Finally, was offered a different room at an upgrade price. Overall, was fine.

Duval Gardens is a four block walk from the main Southern Most Resort. For breakfast every morning, you have to walk or call for a golf cart. Thought breakfast was at Duval Gardens. Once at the main resort, the breakfast was wonderful but, the birds were a pain. Don't leave your food/table alone. The birds would love to eat the food you prepared for them.The room was very clean and good size. Very well decorated. The noise on Duval was noisy. We had the room by the street. The back rooms probably wouldn't be bad. The front porch was wonderful. Very relaxing! With this property, you do get all resort privileges of the Southernmost.
