When are a family staying upstairs and we are opening up this wonderful space to travellers.
⁃ Enjoy unlimited, high-speed wifi.
⁃ 1 parking spot on the driveway.
- Laundry on request only after 7pm for guest staying for more than 3 nights.
- It is a quiet, close knit and secure neighborhood that offers peace of mind and we want to maintain that as we expect the same from guest
⁃ Toronto Pearson International Airport
(YYZ) is reachable in 18 minutes.
⁃ downtown Toronto and admire the iconic CN Tower with a 30-minute drive.

⁃ Enjoy the privacy of your suite, a mini fridge, and dedicated washroom
- Only registered guests are allowed.
⁃ Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property, including cigarettes, tobacco, cigars, pipes, cigarillos, cannabis, marijuana, weed, vapes, and any controlled substances.
⁃ Please note that besides your private studio, there are additional bedrooms on the property, potentially occupied by other guests.
⁃ we kindly request all guests to observe quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Outside of these hours, expect typical noise levels such as showering or kitchen activity.

I had an amazing stay at this VRBO, and the host Avani spared no detail in ensuring everything was right, even providing water bottles and snacks at check in. The basement was very clean and spacious , and also had a desk and reclining couch and was an really great value for the money. Next time I come to Toronto I will certainly be back here.
