About this house rental
“The Lily Pad”, a beautiful ranch home built in 2019, is perfect for group trips or families. Explore Palisade’s wineries, road bike from the house in “the Palisade Fruit and Wine Byway”, go to a festival, a wedding, or the Farmers Market downtown on Sundays. And enjoy amazing views of the Grand Mesa, Mt Garfield, our peach orchard, and our neighbors’ vineyard! In the winter, it’s just a 40 minute (spectacular!) drive to Powderhorn Mountain Resort, a “Colorado Gem” of a ski area!
You will love staying at the Lily Pad because of it’s peaceful country setting, air conditioning, and also the single level interior is stunning with it’s “view windows”, 12’ ceiling, beautiful tile and granite and well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Also, there is artwork from 4 different local artists!
There’s plenty of space, with a 3 car garage, large back patio and large driveway, there’s even room for your trailer or RV as well!
There are 5 beds- a king, queen, double and 2 twins. Outside there’s a gas grill.
